Who we are
Prime Immigration Consultants ("we", "us") is an immigration advice firm based at 220 Jubilee Street, London E1 3BS, registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) under number F201501009. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use our contact or appointment forms we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you include in your message. When you call or email us we keep a record of that communication.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To provide immigration advice and services if you instruct us.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we act for you, we process your data to perform our contract with you and to comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with third parties, such as the Home Office, where this is needed to handle your case and you have instructed us to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are deleted within 12 months. Client files are kept for as long as required by our regulatory obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@primeimmigration.org.uk.
